Any follow-up session can be reserved as long as not more than a year has passed since the initial CMR session. If more than a year has passed since the initial CMR, the patient has to register for a new CMR

Session Policy

Follow-up sessions are usually decided upon by the pharmacist.
If the patient desires more follow-up sessions, these can be reserved as follow-up sessions or targeted medication reviews (TMRs) if they concern a single medication or disease state.
